Lovely Victorian home with 2 fully, cutely furnished ‘cottages’ (yes they’re apartments with a cottage feel) located on beautiful State Street in downtown St. Joseph.

Weekly vacation rentals in summer  - month to month in the off season.  For more details and photos, check out the cottages.

Wonderfully updated, vintage 46ft houseboat in the nicest marina in St. Joe. If you want to experience a vacation on the water, this is the way to do it. Everything’s better on the water and you’ll get to enjoy the views from the 2 150sq ft outdoor decks! The boat is truly striking , well known and fun to be aboard. Rent it for a weekend, week, company event, party, sunset or dinner cruise – you name it! Or, seasonally, there are 2 timeshares available which allow you to call the boat home for up to 1 week per month in season. This is a great way to have lodging in the area  without the hassles of a home or to get your feet wet in boating before purchasing your own. (rhyme not intended)

A very cool way to experience the area. Lots of photos and details about the houseboat.

Pick from one of 2 fully outfit 28ft late 60’s vintage Airstreams to call home for a weekend  or more!!

One is remodeled and decorated in turquoise and browns. The other is near original and is outfit in lime and brown. Both loosely sleep 4  and come equipped with everything you need for comfortable camping. You  don’t have to hassle with transporting them either! You make a reservation at a campground, I’ll drop off your Airstream, hook it up, give you a lesson on use and leave you on your own. At the end of your trip, I’ll pick it up and all you have to do is tell the stories of how cool it was!!

Check out details about the airstreams.

* I’m not exactly sure how this was determined but, if it had to do with the dreamy-eyed glances being exchanged between couples at or near the beach or bluff, potential visitors should be informed that there is a pending study of potential toxins in our drinking and swimming waters, side effects of which include: dreamy-eyedness. This is meant to be funny. If you’re not laughing, disregard.
